This means that you understand and agree that your use of our Discord Bot is at your own risk and that we, our employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Discord Bot.

Data Privacy:

Zenity does not and will never collect private or/and sensitive data derived from Discord without your consent through it. We ask that you respect the privacy of others when using Zenity.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting via our website or support Discord. You automatically accept the new terms by continuing to use Zenity.
